How to Wake a Human

Terry was very sleepy this morning. Myst could not wake her, but then he has a gentle quiet meow and softly pads about the place. Richard could not wake her because he didn't want to shake her awake and she was not responding to soft sounds. So they got me.

I was determined. I maintain a strict policy that NO HUMAN should ever sleep if I am awake, thus I went directly into the middle of the room, and seeing an inert human, let out the biggest loudest (because I am part Siamese) "MEOOOOOWWWWWWW!" you ever heard. It worked.

Afterwards, we all got served breakfast, got brushing and other fine attention. My job was done, but such good results means I will do this again -- and often.

Very good job Myst. I can't meow very loud and my brother doesn't meow at all, he squeaks. My Lady laughs at him since he sounds so cute.

Good job.
I could wake michico up every morning, by standing on her chest and big loud meow.

That was very good of you! I have waken up my female human by tickeling her arm with my whiskers.

Myst- if you need something to occupy your time-tell your human to check out the Blogger's Contest at www.felinexpress.com Then maybe after July you can start putting catnip mice in the dryer. Makes those laundered towels smell oh so fine!
