Cat Door Update: I freely walk in and out of the door now. Life is MUCH easier since I do not have to request door opening and waiting for my staff to get to work. Myst will not go through the door alone, though. He waits for someone to open it.
I am enjoying my power over Myst. I can run through the door when he chases me and he stops and admits defeat. Terry says my victories over Myst are not going to last long. I am not sure what she means by that.

CAT DOOR UPDATE: I was put outside the door in the garage, then Terry and Richard went into another room and laughed. That drives me crazy! When they laugh, I HAVE to be in the middle. I scratched at the door and nobody came. Humpf! I finally worked my way into the house.
Of course, I DON'T go OUT of the door. I can always approach people to open the flap for me, so why bother going OUT all alone?

I don't need a cat door. I have staff who open on my every whim.... or they used to. Still, I ask for it, but the last time I wanted the door open, Terry opened the little flap here and I stuck my head in and went through.
Ok, that works. Now I just meow when I want my staff to come open the flap. Myst even followed me once. I can't understand why they sigh at us.

Some humans came over and took down this door. We cats hid out because they were strange and it was so noisy. Then the men put the door back and it now has this little funny-smelling and scary-sounding thing at the bottom.
I am not sure what it does. Terry says it lets us go from garage to house (all still inside the house because we are housecats). I don't know how it works and I don't feel like going near it.
Terry and Richard have been batting at it, showing us how it flips to and fro. The sound scares Myst and he backs way off. I have sniffed it a few times though I am not real sure I like this thing here.
Terry thinks I will love it someday. We shall see.
