This is me after I just woke up and before I was brushed. I think I should be brushed at least a dozen times a day, but its hard getting my pet humans to understand this. They do it only twice a day, but I work on them. One day, I might have them trained better.

Ah yes, "morning fur". Good stroking during the night helps with that. We make sure to wake The Big Thing up at night often to get that.
