Tornadoes Last Night

Bad storms blew around us last night. Tornadoes came very close and I had to herd my humans into the bathroom at one point so we could all hide. Of course, being in the bathroom with them wide awake in the middle of the night was ok because... they had a brush.

They were not too comfortable though. The winds blew and it was storming. I think petting me helped them. We heard of much damage and loss of life after. Our hearts go out to all of the animals and humans who did not fare as well as us.

Ohh... I am so happy you and your humans are OK. It is quite sad that all those people died. I can't wait till my humans get home so I can knead them with love!

I'm glad you're all safe, Muddy. We have tornadoes here in Denver in the spring and summer months with the thunderstorms; when those sirens go off it's very scary. (We actually had thunder with our last snowstorm - now that was just weird.) Your humans are very lucky to have you and Myst and Dandelion there to watch out for them.

Love,
Peggy

I'm so glad that you and your humans are safe. It's a good thing that brush was there too. It helped you all keep your mind off of what was going on out side.

Hi Muddy,
We're glad that you are all safe and sound!

We had a bad snow storm here in Michigan yesterday. The same thing happened in our storm that happened to Peggy in Denver - thunder and lightening - in the middle of a snowstorm! Unreal!

Muddy Paws, you sound like a great cat to have around in a crisis. I'm glad you and your humans are safe.

High winds here this evening took a tree down 2 doors down from us. The Aged has been sleeping through most of it.
