Dreaming

She said she dreamed of a giant white tidal wave hitting her city and everyone fleeing in alarm. She woke up to giant white fluffy fur in the face. Hehe, I guess that explained it.

Quietly Getting Better

Wow! Time flies when you are mostly sleeping. I got my staples out and I did not make a peep. In fact, I think my vocal cords were greatly reduced in power and I will not be singing in the bathroom much anymore. This makes Terry sad because now I have a very soft meow and she is used to long conversations with me. It's ok, I think. I am down to just one pill a day and I do not have to go on special catfood because I am too finicky of an eater. The vet just prefers I take a pill every day then eat what I want. That works for me, though I HATE pill taking times!

Useful Winter Tool

I get my stitches/staples out on Friday and I will start my new cat food diet that Dandelion can share with me, the vet said. She will make a gradual change over for us. I hope I like this new food. I hope Dandelion does and I also hope I can still have a moist treat once in a while.
ALL I NEED TO KNOW I LEARNED FROM MY CAT (AND THEN SOME)

This book is titled "ALL I NEED TO KNOW I LEARNED FROM MY CAT (AND THEN SOME)" by Suzy Becker.
Personally, I think humans need to learn more from cats. We are always trying to train them. The advice in this book is very good. One page says to "Be a Good Listener," something I work hard at making sure my pets understand. They still need practice.
Another page advises us to know all of the sunny places. I take this very seriously. Thank goodness winter around here is a time when the sun seems to shine in the windows more.
And my humans have not yet learned to "wash behind your ears" inspite of my trying to show them every day.
This entire book was cute, funny and sweet.
