I could write an ode to sleep, but, well ... I am too sleepy.
My name is Myst. I am Muddy's adopted brother and I learned a lot about blogging from growing up with him.

Self-Cleaning
I've had my humans chase me down the hall and I come to a point where I have to decide whether to run left or right. Sometimes I just stop and groom, so I don't have to decide.

Looking at Myst
Terry says that Myst has "Jack Elam" eyes. All I know is it can feel just a little eerie to be the object of one of Myst's stares, even though he is a sweet little guy (except with bugs - then he is ruthless).

Cats on Patrol
This morning we marched around proudly, feeling very tough. You should have seen Myst - he may be the smallest cat in the house, but he has the biggest pride and tough cat demeanor, especially as he marched around the place like a boss.
Terry called us "Cats on Patrol" and says she feels much safer knowing we are ever on the lookout.

Lighter Mornings
I am not sure what she is talking about. All I know is when its time to eat, time to meow for getting brushed, time to play, time to sleep, time to sit and watch the birds, time to chase Myst - and all of those can be anytime. Who cares about clocks?
